Custom Invitation Design

Thousands of organizations rely on Sendomatic to maximize the return on their event planning and management investments. Our advertisement free service lowers costs, increases responses and attendance, build-brands and maximizes ROI for events - the results speak for themselves. Our RSVP management tool sends out your event, keeps track of responses and RSVPs, sends reminders and streamlines the management of your events.

There are several ways businesses use Sendomatic:

  1. Add a Logo or Graphic to One of our Existing Designs - Select from our award winning design library and customize the content yourself. Many businesses start with one of our Blank Designs and add a graphic to create a customized event in minutes. Html can be added to any content field to create links and special text treatments.
    Cost: FREE + Standard Sending Fee or Purchase a Monthly Licence (see below)



  2. Send Us Your Design in HTML - Create your design in html and send us your files. You may use jpgs, sound and/or Flash. We will upload your design into our system and send you a link to your design. With the link, you may create as many events as you would like. Many companies distribute the link to employees to allow them to use the custom branded design. Example: Morningstar created their own design sent us their files and used Sendomatic's robust RSVP tracker to manage the event.
    Cost: $100 + Standard Sending Fee or Purchase a Monthly Licence (see below)



  3. Have Us Create a Custom Design for You - If you can not find an existing design to use in our library, and do not have inhouse resources to create a design, we can create a custom design for you. Please give us a detailed description of what you are looking for and we will get a quote for you. Example: The Golden State Warriors used Sendomatic as a marketing tool. We created a custom design for them and they posted a link to the design on their site for their fans to use.
    Cost: $198 - UP + Standard Sending Fee or Purchase a Monthly Licence (see below)




There are two ways to purchase, per event and a business license:


Standard Sending Fee (pricing structure is per event)

1-10 = FREE
11-50 = $7.95
51-100 = $13.95
101-200 = $24.95
201-300 = $44.95
301-500 = $74.95
501-1000 = $129.95
1000+ = Contact Us

If you are sending the event out yourself, it costs $39.95. Please read more about sending it yourself here.

  • Recipients that are purchased can be used anytime throughout the duration of the event and additional credits can be purchased if needed.
  • You can correspond with your existing recipients as often as you like for no extra charge.
  • The recipients you buy is for the existing event only. Extra recipients will not transfer to another event.
  • If you have selected the option to allow your recipients to "invite others" or "inform others" make sure you have sufficient recipients in your package selection.
  • To use the 'Send Event Out Yourself' option, you need to select this option in the main information page and we will not be able to track your recipients and their responses.


Business License (pricing structure is monthly)

The license is charged on a monthly basis as follows:

$199 per month for up to 100 recipients per event (10 new events per month for one license)
$299 per month for up to 300 recipients per event (10 new events per month for one license)
$499 per month for up to 500 recipients per event (10 new events per month for one license)
$799 per month for up to 1000 recipients per event (10 new events per month for one license)

If you create more than 10 events in one month, then you will need to purchase another license.

For example:
10 new events per month = 1 license
20 new events per month = 2 licenses



Add-Ons

  • Customization of Email - $500 (per account per year)
  • Customization of Thank You Page (page after RSVP Page) - $500 (per account per year)
  • Ability to remove Sendomatic logo on Navigation Bar - $500 (per account per year)
